Pet Policy- One-time pet fee of $350 and monthly pet rent of $25. Animals must not be less than one (1) year of age and can weigh no more than thirty (30) pounds. Animals must be spayed or neutered. The Community may restrict certain breeds of dogs, including but not limited to, Akita, Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler, Dalmatian, Pit Bull, Wolf Hybrid, or Bull Mastiff. The restricted breed list is subject to change without notice."
